Kolkata (West Bengal), April 30 (ANI): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee expressed deep sorrow over the tragic fire at Hotel Rituraj in Kolkata's Burra Bazar area, which claimed 14 lives, and said that she herself monitored the rescue operation throughout the night and mobilised fire brigade services to the spot.
