Washington DC [US], March 26 (ANI): Gwyneth Paltrow, who is known for her role as Pepper Potts, a love interest of Iron Man, hinted at her possible return to Marvel movies while interacting with her fans through social media, reported Variety.
Paltrow was one of the most loved characters in the Marvel franchise, whose character arc initially started as a love interest of Robert Downey Jr. in Iron Man but later turned into a superhero who helped defeat Thanos in the 'Avengers: Endgame'.
She appeared in Marvel films, including Iron Man, Iron Man 2, The Avengers, Iron Man 3, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame.
While Paltrow has since leaned into her lifestyle brand 'Goop' and famously blanked on a few of her Marvel credits, the actress's legacy remains in the hearts of Marvel fans.
Now, her fans can anticipate her return to Marvel films as she recently hinted at her possible inclusion in the future superhero movies, reported Variety.
When asked during the Instagram stories session, 'Are you coming back to the MCU, be honest?' Paltrow replied, 'The truth is, I don't totally know. I think I might, but I'm not sure. Nothing is confirmed. That is the truth. That's the inside scoop,' as quoted by Variety.
According to the outlet, Paltrow was also asked in Spanish whether she talked every day to Robert Downey Jr., who is returning to the MCU in 2026 as Doctor Doom.
The actress replied, also in Spanish, that while they didn't speak every day, they spoke a lot and that she would most probably be calling him on April 4, which is his 60th birthday.
In the same Instagram session, Paltrow also quashed rumours of her beef with Meghan Markle over the latter's newly launched lifestyle brand, As Ever. '
When asked during a fan session on her Instagram stories, 'Are you comprehending the Meghan Markle beef that social media say you two have?' Paltrow replied, 'I genuinely do not understand this at all whatsoever. Do you understand this?' Paltrow then turns the camera to Markle, who eats a piece of pie and shrugs her shoulders, reported Variety. (ANI)
